School Policies

All members of the Banyule staff are committed to providing a safe working environment for all students, employees, contractors, and visitors.

However, health and safety also extends further, to the environment in which students learn and participate in, and as such, we have included student behaviour expectations and guidelines for both class and yard behaviour.

We use a combination of programs within class to encourage students to become resilient. Aspects of the 'You Can Do It' and the 'Bounce Back' programs encourage students  to develop confidence, persistence, organisational and getting along skills. Children are encouraged to become problem solvers and learn from their mistakes.
