In 2014, we have six Prep classes, eight  grade 1/2 classes, four grade 3/4 classes and three grade 5/6 classes. Teaching teams work closely together to provide a constistent and comprehensive curriculum for all students. They share resources, plan curriculum, support each other with assessment strategies and share best practice. Our more experienced teachers are often mentors for the new staff and all teachers visit each other’s classrooms as part of a peer observation program. The staff at Banyule Primary School pride themselves on leading the way with innovative and engaging practices that support optimum student learning.
