Our reputation speaks for itself: Student well-being comes first as we firmly believe that Happy Children Learn.

We place a great emphasis on student welfare and well-being, ensuring all children feel happy and safe at school. The school values underpin all that we do (Respect, Responsibility, Care & Compassion and Doing Your Best) and this forms the platform for expected behaviour. We believe in positive reinforcement and work closely with families so children are receiving consistent messages about what is expected of them.

We continually assess student progress and tailor the curriculum to meet the needs of individual students. We provide support for students who need it and pride ourselves in helping children to ‘stretch’ and challenge themselves.

​

We are currently in the process of completing our school master plan. Our large and well-designed gymnasium is a huge asset to the school. Our new Administration building has just opened in Term 2, 2023. The construction of a 2-storey classroom building has commenced and is due for completion in May 2024. This will incorporate a large STEAM room, Performing Arts rooms and a huge library, along with 13 new and large classrooms. The final stage of our plan is to remove our last small classroom block and replace it with a fantastic adventure playground (2024). We are all very excited and can’t wait to see what our new state-of-the-art school will look like.

 

All classrooms have split systems and large TVs for interactive lessons. We believe that the physical learning environment supports academic success and promotes curiosity.
